Look, I'm not looking for your sympathy, I just had some things to get off my chest and wanted to let ya'll know on how I felt on this situation since I did stay for it and witnessed it first hand... Looking for feedback... Thanx!

Thats funny, guess they weren't the ones around
She beat us down with every inch of her pounds
She was the queen of storms undiserving of a crown
Now, I'm on my own... Left with out my home
All alone, and FEMA isn't answering their phone
I try to be known, but they leave me out in the cold
I mean, yes... I do have a place to stay for now
But I bow down for these people who took me in
Family I've never met welcomed with arms open
I feel like an omen... Not exactly wanted by no one
I look for the brightness but I'm seeing no sun
Who won? Surely not I, nor the countless others
Familys seperated... Moms, sisters, fathers and brothers
Bodies under covers, a lost little girl with no one to love her
Where is her mother? These questions can't be answered
Felt death like cancer... Signs shown like banners
But they get looked over like there nothing at all
Is this really man-kinds own fall... Our fault?
I wish it would hault, but I see no good future
The only one to blame, we fefuse to acuse her
Kanye speaks negative towards Bush, our president
But was it he who demolished our residence?
He shouldn't have said that shit... Hes not to blame
Loud mouth reporters show fake feelings for fame
To me their lame and should be banned off the air
Fuck them, I was there... I was a witness to everything
To have my life back again, I would give anything
Yes, I did pilage and I was a looter who stole
But to clear my soul, I had to do survive... Stay alive
I wasn't about to be left their starving waiting to be revived
And for those who despise, you don't know the half of it
No clean water, no food, and literally living in shit
Memories I wish would quit, re-occuring in my head
Visions of the dead... Despair and blood shed
I can honestly say my morbid curiosity was finally fed
And going to bed, each night I pray... What do I say?
"Let me awake from this nightmare and make it a new day...
Everything the same... Make it all an illusion of grey!"
But I know as you all know do... This dream will never come true
I need to get a clue... I'm looking to who...? Myself...
With the hand I was dealt, I've lost all of my wealth
But at least I can be greatful for one thing... I do have my health
