I don't know if the site is still around... but google it. They have a good selection.
Ooh... and if you are doing large quantities... I've used customink.com a ton of times. You can actually design them on the site so you know what the product looks like before you purchase. It's the section called 'The Lab'

I did screenprinting for like, 2 years... Most of those online places are trash. Infact, a lot of expensive, retro tee place did there shirts at the company I worke for, lol.
