Well 50 cent lost all that weight by liquid dieting. I'm not sure what its called, look up "slim shots", thats a liquid diet I see on TV all the time.

well probably add in some protein shakes because you look like your only getting about 70 g of protein a day. Meal 4 you need to add some protein in every meal, do you eat fresh fish? Talapia is a good one and it's cheap white fish. Probably go on only egg whites for meal 5 and meal 1 the almond meal is fine.
If I wanted to lose weight and just cut mass, I could eat 700 cals a day. .
i've lost 40 pounds twice before in 2 months doing that. . . . but the problem with that shit is the extreme muscle mass loss and hella decrease in metabolism . . . I used to built, then I fucked it up on an extreme bullshit diet. .. . . so i'm doing it right and keeping it off this time nahm sayen? The difference between now and then is a drastic change in my diet. . . .I can't even really eat fast food without physically feeling sick anymore.
not being able to eat garbage is less a side effect an more of a benefit, methinks.
Technically your not even a vegetarian anyway, because your still eating fish and eggs, and being a vegetarian your not suppose to eat or drink anything that comes from animals I'm pretty sure.

I eat free range eggs, which aren't animals, and I eat tuna because fuck them. . . they're fish. . . it's not even proven if they have the capability to feel pain.
I'm not opposed to the prospect of eating meat, i'm opposed to eating genetically modified garbage from slaughterhouses.
