Joe, i think what you're lacking in most of is flow.. i know this is a text battle but it helps me to get a feel for the lyrics more when i can place the lyrics over an imaginary beat.. you're throwing too many words into a bar... id try shortening them like weeding out un-needed filler words or use more descriptive words to get it out that way... i think joe has the better wordplay but P had the punchlines. P uses complete rhymes where as joe uses incomplete for example:
