I noticed the hiss immediately lol, but no worries it happens.
The melody in that beat is pretty cool. This is alright, sounds pretty hype for the most part. It was probably one of those written freestyles - maybe not, but to me it was. This sounded pretty alright though, minus the vocal quality. But that part is forgivable.
Solid little verse though man. You got potential. Definitely keep it up.
