I was surprised when I read this, King did a lot better than I expected and Blue kind of came up short. A lot of Blues punches were very simplistic, you could tell there was a bit of writers block going on, many of the punches lacked the impact necessary to win a champ match. King on the other hand delivered a few stingers.. I got King winning this in what I would consider an upset tbh. I expected more from Blue and I know he's capable of it.

Dope battle here fellas, with 40 lines a piece and only 7 misses each I must say I’m very pleased with the showing and glad I didn’t pass up on reading this. Yeah sure it’s a fuckin mission and I spent literally an hour on this vote but it’s the triple L finals and you both deserve it. The breakdown shows you both pretty much tied in quotes and that’s more or less what it was. Now here’s the part I don’t think you guys will like too much...

King: You have a nice writing style that definitely meshes well with the type of material you choose to provide. Your nice lines in this battle were definitely enjoyable and you’re very well rounded when it comes to the variety of material you bring. However, the bars that I have you missing on were either just very poorly worded, or I couldn’t figure out what you were referring to. Nonetheless, this was a nice verse and I give you props for dropping 40 lines that were worth reading and didn’t make me mad.

Blue Bayou: You really are like the spitting image of barcotic, except you’re a lot better. I definitely enjoyed a lot of your wordplay in this battle, and I also enjoyed a lot of your bars that weren’t wordplay. You’re a fuckin machine when it comes to writing and you deserve endless props on that, idk whether it’s mostly all prewritten bars or you’re just a very smart person but nobody can knock you on the amount of quality material you dish out on an every week basis. NOW, I can’t sit here and just pretend like you are still godlike when it comes to text battling, I do believe that you sometimes have a hard time transitioning from what was considered dope back in 2005-2010/12, to what’s ACTUALLY dope now. As I think you have some of the best wordplay bars around town, you also have some of the worst and most corniest, hence why I called you the spitting image of barcotic but better. Most of the time it’s not because your wordplay “doesnt Work”, no, it could work just fine, but wordplay doesn’t make the bar good. Sometimes those wp bars come off as very corny because there’s barely any actual punch within the bar, you’re just relying on the wordplay. You think I hate on you but that’s not the case at all, and I commend you for not crying like a little bitch every week like your counterpart barcotic.
