Cleaning a toilet?

I'm moving to another unit in my subdivision 9thats less expensive), and I need to clean my current apartment for the landlord. Problem; my bathroom stinks like piss and shit. The bowl is stained, and this teflon sollution isnt working, and it still stinks. It was kinda like this before I moved in, but my landlords an asshole, and I want my deposite back. Ideas?

I've lived here for about 7 months. This is the first time I've tried to clean it, but it was already a dump before I moved in, so I never fucked with it. I got some stain removers from Walgreens, just dropped them in the bowl, gonna let them sit for a while then I'll scrub it with my toilet brush that everyones been talking about.
