Try beveling the text, or adding an outer glow to it. You could add a border around the edges of the pic... i guess. it looks fine now but it could be better.

aiight, whatever... well i guess glowing text would look pretty ghetto. i didnt see that you were going for something classy. just leave it the way it is if you want class.

then just put some makeup and small text about the makeup in the bottom left corner

that should make it pop out a bit, and besides, isnt that the point of this?

I'm a fan of simplicity. It's fine, as is.
The only thing that isnt nice is the cut job; the see through edges.

add a shadow or texture to the text..

and if ur gonna leave it as it is..cut down the bottom so theres not so much empty space.
