Anyone on fruity loops?

Anyone on here use fruity loops? I need to know how to take sounds off of the internet and get them onto fruity loops to make beats. There just aren't enough sounds on the program, and I need more. Any other tips from people making beats with this program are welcome. Peace

im new to makein beats to not very good at it but just download samples off of limewire or were eva you get em them you have to get winrar open the zip file in winar them export every thing to a place you can remember

Just download the sounds, open the folder where the new downloaded sounds are(it should pop up once you download it) and then just cut and paste them into your FL Packs folder.
