I like the composition but the rest of it is just blah. The cutting jobs aren't too great, I feel that it's a bit too bright to be a wallpaper.

I like it except that little line drawing by the guy's leg...
And it would be awesome if you could put it in real perspective and made the bg a little more realistic like a scenery.
Also, the my eyes keeps moving back towards the center above the car where there's empty space. This area could use a bit more interesting object.
Other than that, it works well for a wallpaper imo.
