    too many fucking open mic rules?

    whats with all the fucking open mic rules why cant you leave whatever feed you want, no matter how long or short since when did RB become such a fucking strict ass site, you see RB likes to set a bunch of fucking rules just to piss you off, then they have their "admins" basically fucking prick ass annoying demons that are police, in a way, only out to fucking bitch at you for having a weak ass feedback so why the fuck do we have so many rules? i didnt know Rap got so fucking serious these days, 16 bars minimum you cant make a rap that would be in a battle, you cant do fucking shit this shit fucking sucks ass and some bitch ass admin will probably come along and ban me just because he feels this shit is too radical for him LOL man im out fucktards

    It's because writing a one line feedback to people's text verses is a waste of everyone's time. Not that doing text isn't mostly a [somewhat enjoyable] waste of time anyway, but, I digress.

    Obey the rules - which are there for your own benefit, as much as everyone else's - and you won't have any problems.

    Also, coming from a former OM mod, please bear in mind that it's a lot less fun enforcing the rules, even, than it is having to obey them. Modding OM is a lot of work, thanks to dipshits like this threadmaker. And the current mods do a pretty good job, from what I've seen, all things considered.

    I must be the only guy who agrees with dude. The rules are a joke in a lot of respects. Many of the mods like to up their net ego to even higher ranks by bashing and threatening to ban members for miniscule things. I mod another site and have about 10,000 posts there. The rules are much more relax and we never have any problems. Every now and then we get a comercial spammer that we deal with, but other than that, it's pretty nice. The mods typically don't abuse their powers there either.

    The rules will never change for the better if people don't question them. The same can be said about laws and the government.

    But yes, I do agree this was posted in the wrong section.
