Damn sons I'm 17 and i thought i'd be able to start buying phillys and dutches from random stores soon, but i just learned that the smoking age changed from 18 to 19 in nyc...damn so i guess imma have to stick to buying phillys from stores in my hood who dont ID anyone lol...but yea it still sucks to know that i was only one year away and know the US govt has once again shitted on my palms.

I haven't really bought anything to smoke besides Black & Milds. I'm not a big smoker so I wouldn't even know if they changed the smoking age down here or not, but I doubt it. Hell just a few months ago it was legal to put spurs on Roosters and let them kill each other.
