if you need a recording program then get Adobe Audition or some shit...and if you need to make beats then get Fruity Loops

Of course its not free. But there is "free" ways to get it which were not going to disclose. All I will say is its not that hard to get.

Well ya nvm that PM for right now I can't but. When you get it we are more then willing to help you use it, BUT please use the tutorials and search the web for the most obvious answers before you ask stuff like how do you record with this, thanks in advance.

Wavepad is ight for very simple effects and plug-ins. Id recommend it to all people using a PC mic to record vocals (Im not recommending PC mics though)
Noise reduction etc is ight on it... no wave changes or anything though
