And your dubs are ok for starting, there's not much wrong with them except the dimensions. 'I can tell you're new still' if you get what I mean. Try working with bars when you're coming up with letter shapes. "Simples".

For an "A" just draw a straight bar like /
then draw another straight bar overlapping it \
and then the center counter bar -
/-\ And you have your basic structure of an A.

Do that for all the letters until you're confident you know how the letter comes together, and then start adding your extensions or warping the letters. If you try and warp the letter before you understand the letter it ends up in slow progression and wack designs, i've seen it happen.

I'll chuck some designs in here when I have time, even a diagram to help you work out some letterstyles. This is a good thread for all people to show off blackbook pages.
