i cant use my motif or triton on protools through usb, the midi inputs work but the out puts dont send anything to the computer.

are you trying to use the keyboard as a MIDI controller? Describe your MIDI setup and how you're routing whatever you're trying to record in Pro Tools.
what opey said... is it a midi controller issue or are you trying to use sounds directly from the keyboards..?
