Sort your shit out Mr. Checksmydetails, it's been over a week since you read my email, sat in your $600 computer chair, with your cooler water in a posh-but-designed-with-a-budget office, operating from your Mac (which is as good as mine or worse) and heartily laughing at all the pawns floating into your inbox, requesting so much as a breath of fresh air from your money grabbing hands.
God damn. A week? That is NOT what I expect from the 'Adobe Customer Support Portal' when I'm paying you and your other companies over £2000.

1920/1200 resolution on a Nvidia anti-glare widescreen Sounds posher than it is. But for the record, that resolution beats most high-end HD TV's
Adobe CS4 Design - PS, Illustrator, InDesign and the extras.
And I got myself a wireless mighty mouse, which has only been used once in the past few months due to battery thieving demons.
Got a bunch of other stuff to add, but other than a sketchbook, it's all the geeky overtech stuff.
