i mean a guy who deadlifts over 900lbs raw with non olympic weights(olympics weights are bigger in circumference and diameter so they are easier to lift), Squats over 900lbs raw and can overhead press a 215lbs dumbbell with one hand for 9 reps

get some creatine. work out to your max, when u feel your strngth build up, keep boosting. but if u do the shit, make sure u drink alot of water, and u said u was skinny, so the water retention it causes will be cool for u, just make sure u put atleast 30 mins of cardio after to shake it out. drink a cup of that shit AFTER u start working out, get ur muscles saturated first. the when ur done drink another. but make sure u drink that damn water i dont wanna be the cause of ur death, later

I don't even know what this dudes thinking. Your creatine is making you have temper tantrums because you taking too much of it. And your taking createine monohydrate which I wouldn't suggest anyone to take. Just put water weight into your muscles. Looks nasty.

its a blend of 3 diffrent types of creatine, it has creatine monohydrate in it. (body fortress)
but if he does his cardio he want have to worry about the water weight aka retention.
you have to watch your intake on anything. only concern i would have on it is the carbohydrates. but he said he's a skinny dude, so none of it will hurt him aslong as he does what hes suppose to.

I wouldn't recommend any Creatine from Wal-Mart. Get your stuff from Vitamin/Supplement stores
And take the recommended usage, don't drink creatine during your workout, then another one after your workout.

you go through cycles with creatine. a loading phase and an off phase. this way its kind of like you stock pile your body with creatine so your body can pull from it to help build muscle. drinking creatine before and after your workout is not really the proper way to do it.

Props to Spanja, CAS and others for takin the time to do this.. I know there are others helping out but I haven't gone through all 14 pages so sorry if I missed you.. Also, I agree about cardio, especially if you're sore or sick.. getting the lactic acid out is essential. Also, if you can tolerate the taste and the name, Pedialyte is real good mianly for cramping, but try having some if you're feeling sore as well, it may just do the job for you that day.
I've heard different things about getting leaner and cut (loosing fat in the process) while still putting on muscle.. the having your cake and eating it too, way. What is, if any, the best way to get these kind of results, especially with the balance in both lifitng and cardio? Basically, to remain around the same weight, maybe loose 15 pounds, gain five pounds of muscle sort of thing.. Can you focus on both or is going to wind being counterproductive.. therefore doing much lifting for a few months, then much carido for the next few..
