i like the concept.. mm the text isnt bad- not a text i would choose. i dont like the glow border.. the whole thing seems a little off center. and i think you should get rid of the bar codes at the top. at the bottom it looks like its cut off a little, ie) arrows and text at bottom. the bg seems unfinished, like just a stock pic of a star field or something, could do some more effects on it i think. i dont know what the text in the bottom corner says or what the thing to the left of it is either- id change the font.

overall though its a good effort
