I'm sure they didn't say that. There are plenty movies where actors had their tattoo's covered up or digitally removed for the movie. I don't see why he would have to have laser surgery to remove them to play a role in one movie. It's pretty stupid. But then again.. you're Bullet and I don't blame you for being an idiot.
