i hope you mean coach, but yes i agree, randolph has really matured quickly and has made a huge difference in turning memphis into a contender. conley was always good but he has been on fire during the 2nd half of the season into the playoffs.

randolph does have an new contract,and conley is stepping up along with OJ mayo.. Tony allen seems to be slipping on his game a bit.. Shane is good money too,defensive wise.. Mark has impressed me alot as well.. I hope the grizzly's pull it out in OK.. Itll be great to see my city come from the 8th seed to the western finals..

was a good series, i wanted to see the grizzlies take it but okc is a cool team, I think the mavs will beat okc though, grizzlies would have been a better match up prolly, still a great season for the grizzlies though..
Congrats to the Grizzlies for taking this to a game 7. Hopefully they can resign Gasol, Gay will make a full recovery and they can carry the momentum to next year. Changing of the guard year for the NBA this year, let's see if the grizzlies take advantage if it.
