the dude has a legendary OM, an amazing style, and is consistent as fuck on the topical. He's head and shoulders above some of the quality active heads.

I'm sure there's championship accomplishments not listed there as well.. my vote is yes, simply because he can hang with the best and has beaten the best at any given moment. The dude can write topicals better than 90% of the site and I see that top 10% as legendary to be quite honest..
