@KnowP you can come up with concepts that would work, but your wording isn't maximizing the impact they can have. Work on your set ups leading into your punches more, you can make them seem much more effective with a few simple changes. @Sobe , good deal this week, consistent as always but I've seen the BB thing before (didn't I do it?) so I'm not quoting it. Good Deal on the personals though. KnowP work harder you're better than that, I've seen it
