I can only think of Twitter & Facebook. It's a little like a popularity contest more than anything else it seems. I think a judging panel should be the only ones to decide who has the best verse.

Word, I hear where y'all are coming from with the FB thing. But we're trying to draw attention from people on FB. Idk if any of you have seen the 16 bar challenge that people have been doing. It's blowing up. You tag 5 people on your video and they have to drop their own and tag 5 people, etc. I'm hoping we can bring those people interested in it here with a more organized format and a prize. It's a little different from the normal way that stuff is run around here, but I've been saying we need to reach out to social medias more and I think this is one of the ways to do it.

I like this idea a lot. its more than just focusing on forum people.. this takes those that do this for a hobby out. and those serious trying to push it out get more exposure. look at the bigger picture! i like this a lot --- ill see if i can get people

Word man, JuiceBeats.com got some dope stuff too. Even if people don't necessarily wanna do it for the "challenge" they might sign up when they hear some of the beats they can win lol.

I like this. I'm kinda with mimic though, I don't think bugging my actual friends on Facebook to vote for my verse would be the best way to judge. I'd try it out for fun though
if you guys dont step out your comfort zone then go elsewhere on site. this will make people try, just knowing that other people rather than forum heads will see this should push you to do better.... if u do this as hobby then go rap to yourself. & quit.... you shouldnt be rapping anyway with a negative mind state because your afraid of what your friends think.

I don't mind posting it on my fb. but doesn't that leave people with less "friends" at a disadvantage in terms of exposure?
I guess that leaves me out. I only have like 10 real friends on my facebook and 5 or so internet friends. I keep it personal because VVVV
Personally, slightly ff topic. I just don't like the fact that i come back to FB and there is all these red flags it wants me to click. Then it keeps suggesting me friends that i don't and couldn't give 2 fucks about. why.. stop it fb, these people aren't my friends, they aren't even my friends friends...I think FB is getting better though. People are slightly understanding how to use it better. I guess its not that i don't like FB, its the way people use it.
