Your common dream themes?

I usually smoke too much pot to remember my dreams. But when I do remember them, a lot seem to be me being naked somewhere and enjoying it. Turns out this is possibly a symbol for freedom and ones own self confidence or something. Which is cool. I dig that. It seems when most people dream about being naked, they are afraid, have secrets they don't want exposed, or are embarrassed about something.


Anyway im interested in knowing if anyone else has common dream themes, or do they seem somewhat random all the time?

Cause the rest of my dreams get random as fuck when i remember them. There is never a reoccurring theme like nudity in them.

i cant remember the last dream i had

when i was a kid i had almost a nightly reoccurring dream where i was riding my bike down a long dirt road with a car behind me, it got closer the faster i ran, and i would always wake up right before it hit me.

The closest i got to a dream where i was being followed or dying, was this one time when a chopper gunner from call of duty modern warfare 2 was relentlessly following me, that shit was op as fuck... anyway, it was chasing me just tearing up everything i tried to hide behind with 2 huge machine guns. It eventually hit me and i realised I couldn't die, so that was quite the relief. It was quite and intense dream..

I imagine an underwater dream is cool. As long as you can breath. Google says these typed of dreams are about being overwhelmed though. So thats not good.



What i want to have is a flying dream, I honestly can never remember having one of those. The closest i got to it was a low gravity earth dream. N that was cause i went to a trampoline building place in real life with my little cousins that day. A place where shit loads of tramps are connected together n you just bounce wherever the fuck you want to.

I dont recall a dream where i died either. My brother claims he haves dreams where he dies, but he says he is always just watching himself in the dream like hes not in his own body. Almost like hes just spectating a dream where he happens to be in it.

Yeah man, Im a little addicted to pot.. Which is a little silly.. But I know so cause the first few nights after not smoking I have terrible sleep and wake up in sweats...

Video games n movies are my shit while high, though. Great mind bending experiences.

Ah, hah, that's my theory out the window. well, my loss of dreams is cause a lot of the time I go to bed blazed as fuck, highly sure of it. Cause when i stop smoking for a few days I start to remember my dreams again.

So now im wondering, why would we wake up and not remember the dreams we had. I have read you do actually dream multiple times a night. Im going to look into it more. I guess we just lack the capacity to remember in our sleep. N the times that we do remember are when we wake up during said dream.


hmm, a 3rd person out of body experience. Reminds me of that enter the void movie. I have never had one of those either.

i used to have a recurring dream about 10 years ago...


there's a main road in Baltimore that runs through half the city... Monroe St..... and its the main entrance to my old neighborhood...
used to have a recurring dream where i would be pumping gas at the gas station on the corner of Monroe & Washington Blvd....which is right before the neighborhood starts, in a little industrial area...

well i would pump my gas, get in the car, roll a blunt, light it and start driving into the neighborhood...
theres a hill u go up and a bridge at the top of the hill, then u come down the hill to a light...used to be a hooker spot...
well i would get to the light, and its summer time, hot as fuck, so my windows are down, music blaring....a hooker walks up to my window, i turn the music down and im like 'aye im good, not interested'....then she pulls out a pistol and shoots me in the face...
