Opinions on Sean Paul ?

What do you guys think of Sean Paul ?

My personal opinion : His music is quite catchy and I think he's a good musician ..

Though I admit that ( so far ) I only bought his second album ( Dutty Rock ) ..

He also did some appearances with other prominent musicians ( Beyonce etc . ) ..

His music is close to that of the musician 'Snow' who was prominent in the early 90's ( "Informer" ) though Snow was more of a One Hit Wonder ..

What do you think about him ?

i never fucking liked reggea... but if meditions are possible they are more doable

I kind of always found his voice annoying. There's a slight whine to it that just pisses me off.

I personally was never into him hardocre. but he wasnt bad. I get the annoying quality from what ive heard. he seemed repetitive with his style.

Dude's not even really reggae. He's more dance hall/Ragga. I don't hear reggae when I hear his music, outside of it being in the same time signature

I got to give him some credit as he been on his grind as one of the underground Raggamuffin MC before he hit the lime lite. But as far as he is from reggae, his roots are close to it according to Kymani Marley.
