Im not a rapper, im a gardener
I challenge you to a beat ya meat battle.
not sure how to decide who wins though.
so then, looking at something like this, understanding the effect of every knob and what it is going to do to your sonic chain, how its going to affect your music...along with the numerous other tools you may be using at the same time....takes less knowledge and technical skillsets than going "yo, yo, yo, my daddy left me, used to get beat for dirnkin my mommas pepsi"
aight then.

An armed man is a citizen,
An unarmed man is a victim.
I mean, it doesn't really take that much skill to learn how knobs and sliders effect the output of a synth. You can learn how to chop a sample, program a drum sequencer and never have to touch a real or virtual instrument and you can become a producer. You don't even have to learn music theory, as long as you can understand a time signature, you're good.
Learning how to rap - write lyrics to a beat, how to stay on time, deliver and convey emotion/energy to the listener, and song writing in general (not just writing a hot 16, but an actual song) and then throw on getting on stage and performing live in front of a crowd.. requires more skill than making a beat. So I mean, if it's so easy to be a rapper.. grab a mic.
iight then.

That's a trash synth by the way
Without no producers there are no rappers.
You do the math.
beats are always better than rappers these days, id much rather hear the beat than the rapper, rapping on it.
