this was a close battle imo, some of barcotics better lines were ones that i had seen so it takes something away. body snatcher had a couple funny lines, the 3 that stood out were opener, closer and motion sickness lines. the opener maybe didnt hit as hard b/c my lack of knowledge when it comes to anything on netcees. barcotic was fairly consistent and worked in some concepts and wordplay that i've never seen. all in all, not the best verse from bar but i still enjoyed it. body snatcher came close to taking this battle if he edited out a couple of the bigger misses like noodle line or stuck on stupid. bar bae doze is one of the coolest name flips ive seen this season. props to both.

bar started off raw and then kinda slowed down at the end a bit the last few bars.

body had a couple I liked and could have had LOTB if Barbados had been tied into the punch at all. Lots of potential overall but you gotta learn to recognize when some shit is played.

I liked this closer, some might hate it. But i think its cool.


So in a rematch of the Angry Black guy vs the Angry North American Non American White French english leaf guy. I have to say i think barcotic definitely got a clean cut win here. I was expecting this to be much more personal from Bodysnatcher since he got Barcy so unhinged on NC threads. He had ammo but the gun bar czar didn't come loaded with them. Which i must admit confuses me. this wasn't the best of Body he seemed to be struggling with concepts or maybe im just seeing something thats not there. Who knows, but body had the bigger misses and less impacts on the shots landed. Barc had less misses and more cleaner shots landed.

The wp is OK but the punch isn't really there. Seeing light in the dark is an idiom for feeling a glimmer of hope. If you meant it like seeing a beam from a gun you're aiming at him at night time (or anything else you might've meant) then that needed to come across in the set up

Seeing huge potential from Body but he was just missing a bit of polish in a few bars here and knowledge of what's played in a couple others. Some really creative flips and ideas though. Give it another ~10 or so verses he'll be a threat. The tail end of Barc's verse wasn't great but the start and middle sections were still strong enough to get the dub here.
