found these really old verses i wrote when i was a member of a hip hop forum...they were for a collaboration with other members...each verse is a different collab...the topic is being a soldier at war...and the beat i uploaded already had sound effects on it and i added my own...

Part 1:

wars upon us! the wait is over
the brave are chosen to take control and
aid the soldiers
through the chaos and grenade explosions
our fate is spoken
once the mission is set we gripping the techs
projectiles ripping the flesh
of enemies many scenes and visions of death
soldiers never given a rest
we move with strong forces
our short orders
were to scorch and litter the ground with torn corpses
i saw horrors i didn't believe
vivid as dreams
done to ensure our children and teens
can grow up living in peace
ive lost emotions and my memory's blank
bombing foes till their energy sank
sending missiles through the sides of enemy tanks
war combines hate and tragedy
bullets and shrapnel chasing after me
im facing apathy
but still willing to die for my troops on the battlefield

Part 2:

we march through the mud and the darkness
leaving blood on the carcass
after aiming and placing a slug where the heart is
i put my trust in the heartless
and blow the trench smoke ejects
from roasting flesh bones poke and stretch
through the wounds of broken necks
blood rushes from my open chest
and spreads fast
hindering my movements like bear traps
we bare wrath and share gats
while bazookas bring down pilots in their aircraft
behind enemy lines we trespass
swinging bayonets to chop heads
we drop lead puncturing lungs to stop breath
fighting till our last man is shot dead
i watched scared... medics mending slits
when their men were hit
after we squeezed triggers till we emptied clips
and ill never forget the day i flew home
and my true hope
is that my deeds will never engraved on my tombstone

Part 3:

they fighting for the Holy Quran while holding a bomb
their motiv is wrong
but they've been brainwashed so their soldiers is strong
my focus is gone...soul has been torn
my foe is Allah
he's the reason why my brother's blood aint flowing no more
been chosen for war...but i aint ready to fight
i aint ready for the horror after ending a life
with this tension and fright
i cant rest in the night
paranoia got me wide awake i try to pray
i thankful that im breathing and aint die today
i hide and wait
where his carcass is kept
names of the fallen carved in my flesh
im haunted by death
i listen to the captain as he faces us
"they attacked first cuz they hated us! so rape their sluts
invade and buck...taste their blood
rip their bodies apart with grenades and slugs
you're brave as fuck
so drop the gravity bombs...turn their base to dust!"
i followed his game plan
i must be insane, damn
this is a strange land
the bodies of friends and foes covered by the same sand
im sent home to people cheering with raised hands
im psychotic and delusional
my reflection is familiar but im a changed ma
