Alright, both participants have great wordplay, flow, and punches that connected very well. The connection between the code, functions, and computer bugs brought both lines together in Phalanx's verse, while the 2nd line in Mal diction's verse was great on the nameplay hit. I thought that Phalanx had the better punch due to the wordplay and setup being a bit stronger.

I’ve got Phalanx winning this, I think his was more cohesive.
Maybe it’s just me, but I’m struggling to imagine an accent where ‘phal’ sounds like ‘file’ without sounding forced. Also cutting and pasting isn’t directly related to zip files, seems like that kind of scheming thingie where some of the words loosely connect to a theme without tying them together as a coherent double-entendre or whatever. I know it’s a quite popular approach, but doesn’t do it for me. I preferred Mal’s flow though.
I think mals was a clever concept from what I’ve seen from him previously just needs to get the delivery harder now. Phals was alright not his best work but job done

mal had a good concept here but overall Phals bar hit harder and conceptually was better put together.
