That seemed to hit pretty hard from my perspective. One thing I suggest is to shorten up your bar's, dont use the ----- ish because it is newbie like and herbish, and dont hype up your own bar's with (whoa) when really, it wasn't that great to begin with.
Thing-No hard hitting punches, I think you focused on your flow more than you did trying to attack your opponent with consistent punches and/or personals..then using all these words like equalnox (that is terribly misspelled) made it seemed like your forced most of your bar's..and thing's didnt make too much sense like epidemic pox..I know what an epidemic is..and what a pox is..but putting those together look's like you're forcing it..and he think he's a equalnox? Nah..and I found it ironic how you said his things were fillers..yet your's looked that way

Goofy - You started off a little light, but carried the weight at the end. Your punches were creatively written (the cap-n-crunch line...nice!)....You flow was easy to follow, and punches were consistent.......Overall.....A solid verse......
Thing - You used some good vocab, but your verse lacked punches. It was an aight verse for maybe a verse in a song, but it wasn't anywhere near a battle verse. Things I felt just weren't aimed at your opponent. Work on those punches man....
