I like the looks of the action scenes, good quality... Bruce Willis is real versatile, he should be great in this... Malkovich is that dude, he's dope... and yeah, he's that old lol... the premise is pretty dope too...

i saw it today, and i felt insulted that hollywood took out what made the comic good, cuz it prolly would've made the film better. it was okay otherwise nothing special.

I dug it a lot.. lots of cool action. Car part with Willis was fuckin' siiick.. good storyline. Most comic movies don't really hold 100% true to their originals so I wasn't surprised that it was changed... I mean, they fuckin' molested the Wanted comic with the movie but I still kinda dug that one. kinda...

yea i see what you're saying but it was truer to wanted the comic than red was it's comic. wanted was still it's ruthless self, witty, and gritty. after the kitchen scene with bruce, the movie just loses the edge the comic had.

Lol.. they changed the entire idea with the Wanted movie and the comic.. they completely got rid of Rictus (the main villain in the comic) and instead of a "League of Villains" like in the comic for wanted.. it was portrayed as assassins doing deeds for unknown government officials or some shit lmfao.. the bullshit with the messages in the silk and all that wasn't even in the comic.. the only thing about wanted that was the same is the beginning with the job and the fly wings.

on the other hand and more related to this.. I haven't read the "Red" comics so I'm unsure of how badly they fucked that one up... I'm sure it was just as bad or worse though. Lol. Instead of remaking the comics.. they should change the titles and say "inspired by this comic".. then die hard fans wouldn't be expecting shit to be the way it is in the comics and they'd be expecting a whole new idea lmao...

well i say it was truer to the comic in the sense, wesley was still a nobody, it's still a story of the rise of a nobody, climing from obscurity and taking control of his life so no they didn't change the whole idea of the comic. they changed characters, and villians to assassins who were villians in their own right. it still had the same ruthless, grit, and wit of that the comic had.

in red the comic dude was a killer who had done unforgivable, and completely down right evil in things in the name of his country, who'd never fall in love, never do the roundabout shit they did get to the vp, and get their kill orders rescinded. as a matter of fact the comic is actually about how unredeemable acts must always be answered, you don't get that here at all, the movie is about second chances for god's sake.
