I think where your at at 0hr is important. Like, I live on the 6th floor. Granted its the top floor, I would hate to fight my way down to the lobby and out into streets.. And I work on the 12th/13th floor, 3 blocks from home. So my commute is not long, and I walk it most of the time. And thats daytoday. Survival isnt likely.
