Just wanted to swing by the RB forum and share something with you guys.

I'm just trying to work on a sound here, so I'd be much obliged any opinions you guys had.
The sound is trap drums on R&B rhythms, with lyricism of the 90s and authentic-ism.

This is smooth duke. Diggin the beat. Your flow is riding on this. Reminds me of someone though. Maybe a mix of a few people. J Cole is prolly the most influence I hear. I like the hook. Dope R Kelly sample. I think you shoulda did something over the hook though. Would've added something more to it. I'd bump this again.

This is really nice man you pretty much killed it homie. voice sounds great on this beat. Not really digging the r&B type "hook" but that's just me and i know it goes with the theme or whateves. I can easily see you getting big with your style man keep working! posting a song in a sec for feed if you get a chance!

Solid. I almost like the beat. only thing i dont like is the hi hats going crazy fast, the rest of the speed is funky, but that fast string is lame.. you flowing nicely over this. Voice works nicely, its smooth on a smooth track. Lyrics are straight aswell. lyrics were good too.

I definitely digs this track, dope flow it's Cole'ish to be honest imo, I fux with that drive thru line, the mixing is off sounds like a pre mix, and in some spot your breath control is forced but this is definitely a good fucking track I could bang this.
