ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. There will be a Picture Tournament happening soon (date TBA).
a) Everyone will be welcomed to join
b) win/losses count towards records
c) win/losses may or may not count towards FL Rank scores
2. There will be mandatory Contenders match for the FL Title that will occur every week.
a) to eliminate battlers avoiding each other for the belt.
b) to ensure those at the top deserve to be there.
c) to keep the top battlers from over inflating points
3. Changes to the FL pic cypher
a) all posts (bars) will be a wager of "1" FL rank point per post
b) winner of the cypher will take the pot

a) Battles setup Sunday
b) Verses due by 11:59PM EST Wednesday
c) Votes all due by Saturday 11:59PM EST
2. FL Champ Match will be EVERYWEEK.
a) Battles setup Sunday
b) Verses due by 11:59PM EST Wednesday
c) Votes all due by Saturday 11:59PM EST
3. FL Pic Cyphers
a) Setup Tuesdays and closed Thursdays.
b) winners declared by Sunday or earlier.
c) need volunteers for voting panel.
d) if no volunteers MODs will pick winner.
4. FL Pic Tournament
a) Sign ups will begin at the end of April
b) Tourny to begin at the start of May.
c) all entries expected to submit pics to me before battles are set via PM.

Side Note-
1. Need polls fixed or just need your thread cleared due to clutter and freepost, let Fresh or me know via PM. Mods will not inspect every single battle daily, let us know if there is an issue and we'll fix it when we can.
2. Not all votes that you bitch about will be disqualified, if vote is legit, it will remain. PM us if there are votes that you have a problem with due to insufficiency.
