secrete fire from between they teeth, droolin on enemies/
any MC's that tried to spit at them got spit on/
they got pissed on, then they got pissed off/
scoffed by real dudes, the ones worthy of "boss"/
the beasts were undefeated, beatin down people that lost/
the cost of battlin a monster was ya life/
they derive ya soul from ya physical form/
dormant in day, but go on killin sprees at night/
fights turn into slaughters, rape victims havin daughters/
the ghosts spit lyrical fast-fire, no1 spit it hotter/
they called these MC's elite, ones that cant be beat/
they didn't mess with any E-gangstas, they just hit delete/
perform feats decievin even the realest MC's/
people couldn't believe they got beat in reality/
and one of these elite MC's calls himself mentality/
beasts, monsters, and ghosts,skills they had the most/
they had no need to brag or even boast/
they knew they was the best, east to west coast (2x)
these abominable beasts beat all MC's to get thur reputation/
independent and underground, but known by the nation/
no fakin with them, they truly had skills/
couldnt battle anymore, cuz no1 had the will/
the way the ghosts and beasts rhyme would give them chills/
fulfillin they dreams, the monsters were where they wanted to be/
the thought of accomplishing they goals was soothing/
they stood on top of the world, dominating the rap scene/
they wanted to revive the culture, none of this fake acting/
they perfected the resurrection of real hip-hop/
livin the phrase, can't stop, won't stop/
the beasts,monsters, and ghosts were the most influential since it began/
but then all of a sudden, they saw flaws in they plan/
the thought of it made em think nothin other than "daaamn"/
they heard a voice of a very odd sort/
and it said "tom, wake up, you gotta get to work"
